Route from Pico do Areeiro to Pico Ruivo Now Open

As previously reported, the trail has been closed owing to a rockfall.

According to the local press (8th September), the trail is now open again after debris was removed and repairs completed. 

The the official website was (at the time of posting this) last updated on 6th September when the trail was closed, but will hopefully shortly be updated again.
